Whenever we’re confronted with an issue, a challenge or some kind of problem that we’re not happy with, we tend to keep focusing on the problem over and over again.
We’re hoping that if we think about the problem and focus on it for long enough, eventually we’ll find a solution.
But that’s the wrong way of going about it.
As Einstein says, “You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.”
So if you’re in the mindset of the problem, you will not be able to find the solution.
You need to change your mindset, from the mindset of the problem, to the mindset of a solution.
So you need to be thinking about and focusing on solutions to your problem.
Not focusing on the problem itself.
So whenever you have an issue or problem that you want to solve, start thinking about the possible solutions you could perhaps utilise to solve that problem.
Stop thinking and focusing on the problem itself, because doing so will keep you in the problem state of mind.
