Whatever has happened to you, whether its something that’s made you angry, something that’s upset you, or perhaps something that affects you emotionally even now, its time to let it go.
You see, we can’t change what’s happened to us in the past.
Whatever has happened has happened.
What we need to do is learn the lessons that it gave us and move on.
You see, we can only control our future now.
We cannot control the past.
What’s happened has happened, it is now gone.
There is no point dwelling on that issue and feeling these emotions over and over again.
Constantly dwelling on the past could limit our achievements in life.
It’s going to stop us from enjoying life as it is.
We tend to hold on to these negative emotions.
This includes past failures.
I’ve had many, bit I don’t care any more.
They happened, they’ve gone.
I’ve learn’t the lessons and I move on.
So don’t hold on to what’s happened in the past.
What’s happened has happened… let it go.
Life is too short to spend your time focusing on negative events like that.
These events can sometimes seem big, but often they are not.
So let those things go. Move on, look to the future.
Look what you can achieve now.
Look at what you can do now… and live that way.
Rather than living in the past, learn to live in the present, and look forward to the future.
