How do you fix this? You change your unconscious programs so the are in line with the outcomes you want.
Remember your unconscious runs 90% of your day using the programs that you’ve installed overtime.
Whether they’re intentionally installed or not makes no difference. Whether they’re beneficial or not makes no difference. Every time you lose attention, they run.
How do you know if you have beneficial programs or not? Take a look at your life. Are you living the life that you want?
If not, change that specific program. When you do, you will technically be thinking about it most of the time.
This will be at the unconscious level, not consciously.
And because your unconscious mind runs 90% of your day, that means 90% of the time you will be thinking and giving your attention to the outcome you want.
