This, I believe is a very important topic if you want to succeed, because doubt has the ability to stop us in our tracks.
It’s very hard to overcome an obstacle if your mind is filled with doubt and the what if’s.
This often leads to problems, anxiety, and overall, you end up failing.
It can create such a big issue if you’re trying to achieve something and you’re constantly doubting your abilities to do it.
For instance, if you wanted a specific job and you were going to an interview, what will happen if you start doubting yourself just before?
What will happen is you will sabotage yourself.
Your unconscious will follow your instructions and feelings of doubt and sabotage you.
The result? You will not get that job because you doubted the fact that you could.
The pattern of thought that you create in your mind actually creates your reality.
So you need to learn to stop the what if’s that cause the doubt in the first place.
Think of it as, ‘Okay, this is the interview. This is how its going to go, and I’m going to do really well. Everything’s going to be fine.’
You shouldn’t be thinking or focusing on any doubts or possible issues that could come in the way of you achieving your objective.
Stop giving your power to the what if’s in your mind.
If you can learn to do this, there’s a higher chance of you succeeding in whatever goal your are trying to accomplish.
