So what do you believe is possible for you to achieve?
Now depending on the answer you give to that question, will determine the level of success, and what you could potentially achieve in your life.
This is because the power of belief is very, very strong.
Beliefs happen when you think a thought over and over again, so many times, that it becomes firmly embedded in your subconscious mind as something that is true.
Whether the belief you have is true or not makes no difference at all.
So if you have a negative thought pattern being repeated in your mind, eventually, that negative pattern of thought will become a belief.
You will then hold firm to that belief that what you have been thinking is true, even though that may not necessarily be the case.
Now consider the original question again.
What do you believe is possible for you?
Now grab a pen and paper and write down your beliefs.
Then think about what your goals and ambitions are and examine, does your belief system hold you back.
Or is there a part of your belief system that could hold you back later on in life as you progress towards your goals.
Go ahead and follow this exercise. You may be amazed at what comes up.
If you do find certain beliefs are holding you back, change your pattern of thinking to create a new positive belief that would be more beneficial to you as you progress in life.
